Apple Oat Smoothie

- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 apple, chopped
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
- 1 cup non-dairy milk alternative (Almond, Rice, Soy Milk)
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
