Ingredients
  1. 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  2. 1 cup unsweetened milk alternative
  3. ½ Tbsp cocoa powder
  4. ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high speed blender and blend on high for 20 - 30 seconds.
