Ingredients
For bread
  1. 1 1/2 ripe bananas
  2. 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  3. 1 cup creamy coconutmilk
  4. 1 / 3 cup Coconut oil melted
  5. 2 TBS tahini
  6. 1 1/2 cups flour
  7. 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
  8. 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1 tsp baking powder
  10. A pinch of salt
For ganache
  1. 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  2. Dark cocoa powder
  3. 1 TBS coconut sugar
  4. 4 pieces of dark vegan chocolate
  5. 1 TBS coconut butter
  6. 2 TBS Tahini
For decoration
  1. Pom arils
  2. Chopped hazelnuts
Bread
  1. Mash 1 1/2 ripe bananas and mix with 3/4 cup coconut sugar.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and fill the mixture into a small loaf pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Ganache
  1. In the meantime slowly heat about coconut milk, dark cocoa powder, coconut sugar, dark vegan chocolate, coconut butter and Tahini until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Decoration
  1. After the cake has cooled add the ganache on top, drizzle with tahini, and sprinkle with pom arils and chopped hazelnuts.
