Green smoothie
This green smoothie is packed with nutrition for your thyroid, helps to reduce inflammation and can help with detoxification. It combines a hypoallergenic protein source with fat (from coconut milk) and fiber from veggies. After smoothie you will feel less hungry, more relaxed and calm, and gives you plenty of energy.

  1. 1 cup mixed baby greens
  2. 2 large carrots
  3. 1 ripe avocado
  4. 1 stick of celery
  5. 1 cucumber
  6. 1 bunch of basil leaves (optional)
  7. 1 cup coconut milk
  8. 1 scoop Pea Protein
  9. Sea salt
Optional Boosts
  1. (1 tablespoon each)
  2. Camu powder - to boost vitamin C
  3. Cod Liver Oil - anti-inflammatory
  4. Coconut kefir - probiotics
  5. Maca root powder -helps increase body temperature and stabilize hormones
  6. Turmeric powder- anti-inflammatory
